Aural Abalone Sculpture

I wish you could see this in person.
It’s like the sun is reflecting through the ocean inside this abalone shell. More warm tones from the spectral series. Still has all those colors that I look forward to at the sea. From turquoise blues, magenta  purples and sunset ambers. It’s like it’s being illuminated from within with a layer of dichroic glass that’s like opal magic!

6 inches x 4 inches

Made of solid cast glass in the green energy hydroelectric powered studio of Jeremy Sinkus in western Massachusetts.
